Partnership Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

Othentic: Othentic Services Sdn Bhd
Customer: The person or organization purchasing the Service Item
Agent: The referral of a Sales representative who successfully registered as Othentic’s partnership agent

1. 1. Othentic reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
   2. This Partnership campaign is only open for Local Registered and Licensed Real Estate Negotiator / Interior Designer / Property Management Agent / Cleaning Company / Renovation firm as an Agent of Othentic, and it is NOT an employment.
   3. Agent shall only play the role of a Sales Referral to Othentic.
   4. A max 25% from the total amount of monthly completed sales with full payment made shall be credited to the respective Agent as a commission. Not include cash voucher payment.
   5. The commission shall be credited to the respective Agent’s bank account as provided by the respective agent in the following month after full payment is received by Othentic.
   6. An agent shall not refer themselves as a customer to any Sales or Service related to Othentic.
   7. Any fraud activity shall result in permanent suspension, and the unpaid commission shall be on hold or forfeited by Othentic, while the Agent with the responsibility for returning all the paid commission.
   8. This income is fully responsible by the payee (Agent), and Othentic shall not be liable to any Agent’s tax-related case nor any anti-bribery and corruption agreement involved with the Agent.
   9. Agent shall not defame the reputation of Othentic, otherwise the agent shall be prosecuted.
   10. Termination/Expired/Convicted of any criminal case against the Agent shall automatically suspend the Agentship of Othentic.
   11. This agent partnership shall be valid until dismissal of Othentic or Agent’s resignation/termination/suspension from the Local Real Estate Negotiator Industry.
   12. Acceptance of these terms and conditions upon ticking the “I hereby accept of the stated terms and conditions” checkbox at the registration form below, or replying “OTTS YES” by the Agent in WhatsApp 018-915 9800 via the registered phone number of the respective agent.
   13. The agent’s information shall not be exposed to any third party.
   14. All other related terms & conditions as outlined in the sales order form and service delivery note shall apply.
   15. Minimum order for a Partnership referral Sales is RM 200.00/visit for Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley area. (unless otherwise stated)
   16. The commission have no capped limitation for each Agent.
   17. Only the first referral Agent is entitled to the commission if there is different agents involved in the same order.
   18. The agent is responsible for informing Othentic immediately if there is any information above that needs to be changed.
   19. Agent shall not quote any prices that are different from the official price rate to any end customer on behalf of Othentic.
   20. No Commission shall be released if no Partnership ID is provided during the Sales submission via any channel.
   21. The service eligible for commission reward : Mattress Cleaning / Sofa Cleaning / Carpet Cleaning / Curtain Cleaning / Disinfection Treatment / Formaldehyde Removal Service.
   22. For any completed order where full payment is not received within thirty (30) days from the date of service completion, the corresponding referral commission shall be forfeited and cancelled due to the prolonged outstanding payment period.
